A Passport is required for this vacation. Passports, entry visas and proof of citizenship is the responsibility of the passengers. Please check the validity of your passport at time your booking is made. Many Countries Require that Passport Expiration date extends a minimum of 6 months beyond your departure date from that Country.  Passport cards are NOT valid for international air travel. All travel is sold subject to the Airlines, Tour and Cruise Operators terms and Conditions.

Terms and Policies

  • All deposits are considered NON REFUNDABLE in the event of cancellation.
  • Cancellation Policy: Free Cancellation until February 1st, 2025. If you cancel after that period or are a no show, all payments are NON REFUNDABLE.
  • The full reservation amount will be charged, through the indicated payment method, once the free cancellation period is over. 
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued passport.
  • When checking in, please ensure that you have the credit card used to make the reservation. The cardholder will need to be present during check-in and provide a valid photo ID that matches the credit card.
  • When making your reservation, you can choose to pay in full or through payments. If you prefer to make payments, FULL PAYMENT IS DUE FEB 1, 2025.
  • Failure to pay FULL PAYMENT by the due date (2/1/2025) results in a cancellation and forefiture of entire payment amount
